The Pick of the Crop has to be about sunshine and flowers, after all the rain and cold we’ve been having.

Zealong Tea Estate harvest and process their tea in the warmer months, so in case you wonder what they get up to on the farm in the winter – they’ve been experimenting with different fertilisers to keep the plants well-nourished, like this organic milk powder:
