How much rain?

Puketaha’s Mike Taylor

Plenty. Enough to float a flotilla of rubber ducks. But don’t take my word for it – here’s what rain watchers Mike Taylor and David Riddell say.

August

Puketaha: 138mm

Gordonton: 123.5mm

So overall, very similar patterns for last month. Puketaha was slightly wetter but Gordonton had the wettest single day, with an impressive 25mm on the 30th.
