A proposal to start a local Country Market is one of the items up for discussion at the next meeting of the Gordonton District Committee on 10 May.
Chairman John Bridgman says other topics will include submissions to be made to the Waikato District Council regarding the Draft Long Term Plan 2012 – 2022.
“Have a think what you would like to be submitted to Council and come along to the meeting,” he says.
They are also interested in hearing what people think the committee should be doing within the district.
“And we are still looking for a new secretary and treasurer.”
The meeting starts at 7.30pm.
