Garden plantings bring in the tuis

The tuis visit a local Piako Rd garden for the first time this summer.

We planted loads of flax as inspired by the Halo project and were rewarded finally with the presence of our small family, six years later!” Sally says.

“They squabbled with the mynahs which pleased us no end. Tui , mynah 0,” says Sally Stewart.  Good shot, Sally!
