Much to enjoy at market

Ah, the July market.  There were plenty of ways of getting around – some strolled, others were carried, but all enjoyed the atmosphere and sunshine. N8N snapped these shots:

Strollin'

Front pack full!

Smiles were out in force, as always –

Fresh fish

Doughnuts

Fine food

And of course there were bunches of Gordonton daffodils to be had –

Daffs

As well as friendly teddies to take home –

Teddy time

Derek Houghton was there with his bike (click here for the story on his fundraising efforts) –

Fund raiser

While this little guy was having a fine time on his own bike –

Riding

And the best shot of the day?  It’s always hard to pick a favourite, but N8N rather likes this photo of a little girl with some rather cool tins – in fact, we took home the red tin, bottom of the pile.

Well done and thanks, Market folk!

Chocolate chip cookies! But first I have to apply some first aid to the tin – it’s a tad rusty. Job for today, methinks.
