Staff from Waikato District Council and the Waikato District Alliance, their partners in managing and maintaining the roads, will share details about roading works being completed in our area.
Council communications manager Anne Beex says the meeting is an opportunity for people to talk to those who manage and maintain the roads and ask specific questions.
“To find out details of what’s planned for your local roads, ask roading questions, and meet the Waikato District Alliance and Council teams. We will also demonstrate how to log a service request with Council.”
A flyer will be dropped into local residents’ letterboxes over the next few days.
“We’re hoping to see lots of people at the Gordonton Hall on the 21st.”
The meeting starts at 7.30pm.
