Gordonton’s Zealong Tea Estate has been visited by royalty –  King Tupou VI and Queen Nanasipau’u of Tonga were shown around the estate and then treated to a five-course meal.  The royal couple were gifted some premium New Zealand-grown tea to take with them.

Number 8 Network have been out and about – we visited slightly sunny Whanganui and managed to get in a spot of bird watching.  Not many people know that just out of the city is a small population of Nankeen Night Herons.  We’ve looked for these elusive birds before, and this time, we found ’em!
