Council launches online portal

Want to report a barking dog? Need to change your rates notices mailing address? Noticed a pothole in the road? Want to let the council know?

Head to Waikato District Council’s new Online Services portal, which is accessible on their homepage through the Online Services tab.

This new feature allows customers to make a request at any time of the day or night, and track the progress.

There is a wide range of request categories to choose from, representing the many services offered by the council, to help customers identify their needs.

Customers are able to register with Online Services, which provides them with a user account personalised to their details and gives them the ability to monitor the status of their requests.

Requests raised on Online Services on weekends or outside of working hours (8am – 5pm) will be processed on the next working day, so customers are asked to phone 0800 492 452 if the request is urgent.
