Firepot farewells Michele

Fans and friends flocked to Gordonton’s Firepot Cafe to farewell Michele Bishop.  After eight years, Michele has sold the business to Emma Brown who takes over on Tuesday 11 November.

The place was positively humming when N8N turned up –

Michele was inside to greet everyone (almost 100 people came to the party!) –

And lashings of fabulous, tasty treats –

Foooooood, glorious food.

As was everyone –

It began to rain, but what is rain on such a night?

Pure magic, it was.

Many thanks Michele and best of luck for the future.  We’ll see you in the Firepot, no doubt!

Wow, Annette thank you so much for the lovely photo’s, last night was amazing, over 90 people shared the love at FirePot Exit party last night, yes, many tears flowing but so was the wine. Thanks to EVERYONE that came and shared the evening and made it so special.
