Woodlands Estate are looking for some-one to close up and secure their venue at the conclusion of an evening function or wedding. Rostered hours are dependent on bookings.
Usual start time will be 10pm, finishing between 12.30 & 1am. You will be the last one to leave. There will be a variety of tasks during the night including packing down of furniture and decorations from function, routine toilet block checks, full lock down process of all buildings and gates, and possibly assisting the catering team as required.
This job will be ongoing, not just a summer role, and generally only on weekend nights. The right candidate will have:
- Physical fitness – this is essential as you will be packing down furniture on your own
- Reliable transport to get home after lock up
- Reliability and trustworthiness
- Loads of confidence!
PLEASE NOTE: We will treat you as a contractor, you will need to provide an invoice for payment after each event. Happy to discuss how to do this with you.
