Rain watch

Rain watchers Mike Taylor and David Riddell present their wet weather figures for keen followers of weather.

 

After a very dry late summer, April and May in Gordonton and Puketaha had more rain, though still below the monthly averages for this part of the world.

Gordonton’s rainfall averages are 91mm for April and 108mm for May (source: climate-data.org).

This year Gordonton had 73.5mm in April, and 47.5mm in May.

Puketaha had 70mm and 53mm respectively.
