The little coffee cart gets bigger

THE Espresso-To-Go coffee cart that was stolen awhile back and returned has grown dramatically in size over the weekend.

Owner Fiona Charlesworth said the time was right to expand and – with a bunch of helpers – spent this wet and wild weekend installing a mobile shipping container on to the spot on Gordonton Rd.

“We added a nice deck on to it, so that our lovely ladies with beautiful shoews have a more inviting area to step into.”

Customers with gumboots are just as welcome, Number 8 Network reckons – we turned up a few minutes to 6 last night and in the gentle rain Fiona was just finishing up and ready to head home for rest and recuperation.

And bright eyed and bushy tailed as ever this morning, she posted pictures of some of the weekend’s work – and said it was all open, ready for business with hot soup, burgers, homemade slices and scones!

Morning tea time here at Number 8! Well done Fiona and team. Watch this space for an upcoming chat with Fiona.
